How can I cancel my subscription?

Navigate to your iPhone’s settings app, then:

Tap your name
Tap Subscriptions
Tap the App Subscription you’d like to cancel
Tap Cancel Subscription. It may require you to scroll down the screen to find the Cancel Subscription button.

NOTE: If you do not see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been canceled.

How can I report a bug to the developer?

Within the app’s Profile page, tap the Contact Us link and send us an email with the bug that you found. Please include your device model and be as specific as possible about the bug or issue you encountered. We are always appreciative of our user’s help in creating a better app experience.

How do I uninstall the app from my device?

From the home screen of your iPhone, navigate to the app’s icon. Touch and hold the app icon until the menu pops up, then tap Remove App. If you’d like to remove the app icon and offload the app to your app library, tap Remove from Home Screen. If you’d like to remove the app permanently, tap Delete App.
